Back at it again with my European vacation 😀 . I think I mentioned this before, but Prague was my favorite city to visit during my vacation. The city looked like it was straight out of a fairytale! Prague was the only city I saw that actually made me feel like I was in Europe, it fit how I imagined European cities would be 😀 .
In the beginning, I was quite happy that the exchange rate for Czech Koruna compared to US dollars was pretty nice, so I expected that everything would be quite cheap and affordable there. But I was so wrong! Everything was so expensive in Prague, especially the food. My family ate at a restaurant and our bill was 100 Euros!
We absolutely loved the colorful buildings, bumpy roads, and vintage cars that toured the city. I really wanted to take a ride on one of the boats they had but we just didn’t get the opportunity to do that. The one downside was that it was extremely hot when we visited, much like Paris which was also very hot when we visited.
We first visited Prague Castle which was insanely beautiful, especially the cathedral. We then went to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square which were both equally amazing! I especially loved the astronomical clock. We also checked out the Franz Kafka Statue, The Dancing House, and the John Lennon Wall which was really fun!
One thing that was really hard for us was the driving. Prague has literally no places to park anywhere. You have to be a resident and have a special pass to use the parking spaces so it was really hard to go around the city in our car.
I know I’ve probably bored you by writing so much, so here are some pictures!
I love seeing travel posts and viewing your images from various parts of Europe. Prague looks beautiful! You can almost image a fairytale being set there!

Thank you so much! I wish I could’ve explored more of Eastern Europe because I feel like those cities are more magical and look like fairytale settings ❤️

This is absolutely amazing architecture! Living on the west coast of the United States, it is something I miss very much – there are just not as many interesting old buildings out here.

Thank you! I live near Washington DC so I see older architecture but it’s a bit drab there’s not really any color so this was a good change 😊
